A Chinese professor at Renmin University has the workings of the United States government figured out, something many of us are only beginning to understand. He explains that the Deep State, mid- and senior-level government workers in various agencies, run the government.
According to him, they are the ones who are persisting in confronting and resisting Trump.
He sees the US as not united but a country of special interest groups.

Those of us who worked in the Government has known this for decades.
Trump busted up their honeypots and the burn it all down abomination known as CRT or Caucasians Require Termination.
Setting them back by a few years has driven them bat guano insane and made them drop the mask.
