I can think of several people who would have had access to the autopen. Starting at the top, Obama, Dr. Jill, Anita Dunn to name a few. If they want to get to the bottom of it, they may want to check the visitors log.
It was patently obvious to anyone who cared and was paying attention that Joe Bidung was toast by 2020, as he hid in his Delaware basement during the entire run up to the election, an election that Democrats and the media stole from Donald Trump and law-abiding American citizens. Corrupt and treasonous Democrat operatives then proceeded to use the office of president to wreck our country for the next four years, and after that through corrupt federal judges and agencies packed with seditionists that continued the dirt work by fighting against needed reforms proposed by the Trump administration. These are facts.
The critical thinking readers of this site see in this presentation what they were sure was going on all the time.
