The Supreme Court of the United States recently ruled that a President can restrict travel from certain countries for national security.
The first so-called travel ban currently in effect and upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court restricts U.S. entry to Iranians, Libyans, Somalis, Syrians, Yemenis, Venezuelans, and North Koreans.
The Trump Administration is considering adding Belarus, Myanmar, Eritrea, Kyrgyzstan, Nigeria, Sudan, and Tanzania to the current list.
The countries fail to properly vet anyone.
Marxist groups like the ACLU and the Southern Poverty Law Center have filed challenges which have failed.
Democrats refuse to follow the Supreme Court decision and in two weeks, Pelosi said the House Judiciary Committee will propose and fight for her bill to essentially reverse the decision and violate the separation of powers. The bill is titled, The National Origin-Based Anti discrimination for Non immigrants” or “NO BAN Act,” which was penned by Representative Judy Chu of California.
“House Democrats continue to stand opposed to President Trump’s cruel, un-American travel ban in all of its iterations,” Pelosi said in a statement, adding that the bill will “prohibit religious discrimination in our immigration system and limit the President’s ability to impose such biased and bigoted restrictions.”
She could deal with the drug crisis, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, which the President will work on with her in a fair way. Instead, she will try to overturn a rule of law and put Americans in danger.

“Her recent statements show us that Pelosi is willing to allow criminals, terrorists and sexual predators entry into the United States even if these immigrants are a threat to citizens. The Democrats are calling the policy racist but had no such complaint when Obama or Bush did it.
