Fox 5 DC reports that 17-year old Jose Montano and 18-year-old Henry Sanchez brutally sexually attacked a 14-year old high school classmate in a boy’s bathroom stall. Police investigators have blood and DNA evidence in addition to the girl’s testimony.

Both males came to the U.S. within the last eight months. Henry Sanchez, a Guatemalan national, has an alien removal order against him. If someone had reported and deported this piece of garbage, a 14-year old girl’s life wouldn’t have been severely harmed. He is charged as an adult.
Police couldn’t comment on Montana’s legal status because he’s a minor.

Montana’s lawyer wants this dangerous criminal moved to a juvenile facility. His lawyer is the kind of person who gives lawyers a bad name. There should be a limit to what a lawyer is willing to do.

NBC News quoted Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office spokesman Ramon Korionoff as saying, “These are very serious allegations carrying a life sentence. The potential of life in prison would be available as we prosecute these individuals.”
