PA Dems Will Not Abide by SCOTUS Ruling on Mail-In Ballots

A top election official in Pennsylvania says the state will disregard the U.S. Supreme Court’s guidance on counting mail-in ballots arriving in envelopes with typos or incorrect dates, saying that the state’s Commonwealth Court has already established the practice as licit, Fox News reports.

Pennsylvania’s election laws have historically required voters to include a signature and date on the outside of return envelopes when voting by mail.

However, acting Democrat Secretary of State Leigh Chapman announced that Pennsylvania election officials should continue counting ballots that arrive with improperly filled-out envelopes, in accordance with the Commonwealth Court’s previous ruling on the matter.

They will just ignore the Supreme Court, the third branch of government. Why have a Supreme Court? Just let Democrats do whatever they want.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday sided with an unsuccessful Republican candidate for a judgeship in Pennsylvania and threw out a lower court’s ruling that had allowed the counting of mail-in ballots in the race that he had sought to exclude because voters neglected to write the date on them.

Today, one Democrat appointed by Democrat Governor Wolf will ignore the Supreme Court.

They plan to cheat again. Why else would they do this? This could pull Marxist radical John Fetterman over the line.

These people can just keep finding ballots until the person they want to win wins. There won’t be any real checks on the ballots. As far as the law, that doesn’t matter to these people.

What recourse is there in time for the mid-terms? However, they could hold back payments to the state or try prosecuting them down the road.

OK so in a close race the court will order them to recount per the ruling. The court will not like being defied. If the state ignores the rulings then other states can and we have havoc. In a presidential election, a decent congress would be forced to nullify the state’s electoral votes.

So-called republicans who expect the left to play by the rules and are tricked each time are colluders with the left. We are far beyond having any trust of the left.

A decent congress? Lol! Find a country with a decent congress. I’d truly be interested in living there. As bad as the USA sucks, today, it’s still better than all of its contemporary alternatives — they’re even worse! We haven’t had a decent congress since well before the Patriot Act. Today’s college kids were not even born yet.
