Former Justice Department lawyer Shannen Coffin believes Hillary Clinton might have committed a felony if she signed the “separation” form OF109 when she left the State Department.
That form certifies that she turned over all “classified or administratively controlled” materials, as well as all “unclassified documents and papers” relating to official government business.
If she didn’t sign it, she didn’t follow department policy.
There are two investigations currently going on.
The server belongs to the Clintons and they will not turn it over.
Megyn Kelly asked the State Department for the information yesterday but when Jen Psaki was asked about it by Ed Henry, she acted as if it had been requested two years ago. She said that she didn’t have a response for Henry.
Ric Grennel, State Department spokesman, appeared on The Kelly File last evening and said there is no chance she wouldn’t have been asked to sign this form.
He said that she would have been debriefed and asked if she returned everything.
An important point not being mentioned, Grennell added, is that without a state.gov email, no one in the field could contact her unless they knew her personally.
Material that was turned over was selected by her after she did her own key word search and everything else was deleted. There was no document by document search. This is egregious, Megyn Kelly said.
