A 40-year-old man from the Inverclyde area of Scotland has been arrested under the Communications Act for Facebook posts that offended Syrian Refugees. The complaint was brought by Humza Yousaf, the chair of the refugee taskforce that has coordinated the resettlement programme. He is the Scottish government’s only Muslim minister, who confirmed he had informed police of the Islamophobic abuse he received on social media.

Twelve Syrian families arrived in the seaside town in early December, as Scotland welcomed one third of the thousand refugees David Cameron agreed to take from camps bordering Syria before the end of last year.

Cameron knows that the camps include ISIS terrorists.

Following the arrest, Insp Ewan Wilson from Dunoon police office said: “I hope that the arrest of this individual sends a clear message that Police Scotland will not tolerate any form of activity which could incite hatred and provoke offensive comments on social media.”

As in Nazi Germany, the police said, “Anyone with information about this type of incident is urged to contact police on 101.”

Turning neighbor against neighbor, making people into rats.

They did not release the man’s name or the posts. They won’t tell the public what he did. It’s all quite Orwellian.

Police in Scotland will not tolerate any form of dissent that can be taken offensively.

This is their loose-goosey law.

(5)Condition B is that—

(a)the material is threatening, and

(b)the person communicating it intends by doing so to stir up hatred on religious grounds.

The Muslim MPs are currently worried about Islamophobia – sound familiar?

Another UK man was arrested and fined for an anti-Muslim rant on Facebook. The judge told him “This is pretty unpleasant stuff and if you repeat this, you are going to find yourself going to prison.”

In fact, doesn’t the law sound like something we could end up with if we lose the Supreme Court to the hard left?

Remember when Loretta Lynch said this?

This follows news in late January that police in the Netherlands were visiting the homes of citizens who made posts that were deemed overly-critical of the Dutch government’s policies towards refugees. It also follows Facebook’s announcement that it would work with European governments, particularly Germany, to track and clamp down on hostility towards migrants on the platform.

Getting back to Scotland. Scotland’s government is sending a message to the 6,000 residents of the tiny Isle of Bute in the Firth of Clyde as they await the arrival of hundreds of Muslim refugees.

The government won’t tolerate any dissent despite a nationwide rape and crime epidemic that has followed the migrants to countries like Germany. Spiesa reported that an ex Stasi agent (Anetta Kahane) is running the German Facebook censorship patrol.

Citizens across Europe are now facing fines and imprisonment for speaking out against the millions of Muslim migrants flooding into the continent.

A Danish man was convicted and fined for a Facebook post in which he compared the religion of Islam to Nazism. He said he is trying to save free speech.

Meanwhile Scotland Police will have their hands full. Anti-Muslim offensive language is all over social media. If the people don’t want this, why is the government forcing them?
