Oscar Delgado-Perez is a 28-year-old violent gang member and he is an illegal alien from El Salvador. Within the last five months, he has been deported twice. He murdered an innocent teenager in Maryland, viciously stabbing him more than 40 times to impress his gang friends.
Perez is a member of a very violent MS-13 gang franchise, working out of D.C. He wanted to impress his gang by killing innocent teen, Christian Villigran-Morales, who was working as a landscapist to help his family in Guatemala.
Two other MS-13 gang members were involved in the slaughter. A girl named Vanesa Alvarado lured him into the park where the brutal murder took place.
Delgado was deported twice but our borders are open and there are no repercussions for people who continually violate immigration law which our administration does not follow anyway.
Then there is this: The Montgomery County Police Department Chief Tom Manger said they cooperate with immigration agents, but his officers must not be seen by local immigrants, obviously illegal and legal, as quasi-immigration officials.
If they are here illegally, wouldn’t we want them to think that?
The idea is the local immigrants will give information on crimes but if the criminals can’t enter the country illegally repeatedly or if they are jailed for it, would we have these types of crimes in the first place?
MS-13 or Mara Salvatrucha began in the poor, refugee-laden and illegal immigrant neighborhoods of 1980s Los Angeles, and is comprised of only illegal immigrants, mostly from El Salvador. The gang flourishes in El Salvador, Mexico, the US and Canada.
They engage in every type of crime and are the most notorious and violent of the street gangs and are considered a transnational criminal syndicate.
Their crimes include human smuggling and drug trafficking, helping make the Northern Triangle — Guatemala, El Salvador, and Honduras — the most violent place in the world that is not at war, insight crime reports.
There are as many as 70,000 gang members in the Northern Triangle. MS13 is the largest in the region.
Central American immigration to other parts of the United States, such as New York City and the Washington D.C. area, insight reports, helped foster the spread of the MS13 within the US, insight reports.
MS13’s links to illegal human trafficking from Central America has helped solidify the gang’s place in Mexico’s crowded criminal landscape, especially in the southern border region.
In the U.S., the MS-13 has an especially heavy presence in Los Angeles County and the San Francisco Bay Area in Northern California; the Washington, D.C. metropolitan areas of Fairfax County, Virginia, Montgomery County, Maryland, and Prince George’s County, Maryland; Long Island, New York; the Boston, Massachusetts area; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Houston, Texas. There is also a presence of MS-13 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
I worked in a school with MS-13 members and we placed them in a special state school – B.O.C.E.S. They told us they were the most dangerous and violent teens they had ever come across. They all came here illegally. One of them murdered one of our female students because she wouldn’t date him. She was a beautiful, hard-working, smart African-American teen who wanted to be somebody.
Young Christian wanted to be that person who made life better for his family but we don’t have repercussions for people like Delgado-Perez and illegal alien gangs will continue to proliferate and more will die.
