WND reported on a soon-to-be-published book entitled “Fool Me Twice,” written by Aaron Klein and Brenda J. Elliott. It chronicles Obama’s plans for our Armed Forces over the next four years. The authors believe he plans to cut the military budget and use the money to fund “sustainable energy” and fight worldwide climate change.
Furthermore, when Obama has “more flexibility,” they state that President Obama plans “to transform the U.S. Armed Forces into a social work-style organization designed to combat “global warming,” fight global poverty, remedy “injustice,” bolster the United Nations and increase “peacekeeping” forces worldwide,” according to the book.
The book is based on a 96-page report by the Center for American Progress and the Institute for Policy Studies. These Progressive organizations teemed up to develop a detailed blueprint, titled “A Report of the Task Force on a Unified Security Budget for the United States” (or 2012 Unified Security Budget) which lays out this future Obama “defense” agenda.
It is not far-fetched to believe that Obama would take his marching orders from the Progressive organizations. He agrees with their views and he has done it before. It was The Center for American Progress that came up with the idea of circumventing Congress with rules, regulations, agencies and Executive Orders.
