Dem Senator: Obama’s Quotes on Iran Are Talking Points “Straight Out of Tehran”

Obama on his Trojan horse1

Obama said the following about Iran last night in his State of the Union address.

“Our diplomacy is at work with respect to Iran, where, for the first time in a decade, we’ve halted the progress of its nuclear program and reduced its stockpile of nuclear material. Between now and this spring, we have a chance to negotiate a comprehensive agreement that prevents a nuclear-armed Iran; secures America and our allies — including Israel; while avoiding yet another Middle East conflict. There are no guarantees that negotiations will succeed, and I keep all options on the table to prevent a nuclear Iran. But new sanctions passed by this Congress, at this moment in time, will all but guarantee that diplomacy fails — alienating America from its allies; and ensuring that Iran starts up its nuclear program again.”

He lied about keeping all options on the table, he lied about halting its nuclear program, and he lied about “new sanctions.” There is no bill before Congress that has “new sanctions.” It’s simply untrue and he certainly didn’t halt the nuclear program.

What options will he follow through on? Is that a joke?

Senator Menendez noticed that Mr. Obama’s talking points on Iran sound like Tehran. Maybe the Ayatollah helped write Obama’s speech.

Speaker John Boehner invited Prime Minister Netanyahu to address Congress. Mr. Obama said it’s a breach of protocol. Actually, it is a breach of protocol for Barack Obama to have the British Prime Minister lobby Congress.

This has come up because Barack Obama isn’t following through on his promises. He keeps moving the red line and is not following through on adding sanctions which he said he would do if Tehran didn’t cooperate.

Mr. Obama didn’t even mention al Qaeda last night and bragged about the so-called success story in the Middle East.

Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Libya et al are being consumed by terrorists.

We are in crisis and Barack Obama is completely unaware.
