One of the first things Barack Obama did while addressing the gathering at the the Paris climate summit was to tell the world leaders of dictators, socialists, communists, and various other corrupt technocrats that we – you and I – recognize that we had a role in creating this problem, a problem many believe doesn’t exist, at least not to the degree these leftists do.
His apology-blame America tour is on!
Obama also said we “embrace” our responsibility to do something about it.
“I’ve come here personally as the leader of the world’s largest economy and the second largest emitter to say that the United States of America not only recognizes our role in creating this problem, we embrace our responsibility to do something about it.
He needs to change the “we” to “I”.
According to Obama, clean energy he pushed with trillions of tax dollars has brought down emissions, when in fact it was fracking that did it. Read This Is What Is Really Reducing CO2 Emissions in the US.
“Over the last seven years, we’ve made ambitious investments in clean energy and ambitious reductions in our carbon emissions. We’ve multiplied wind power three-fold, solar power more than twenty-fold, helping create parts of America where these clean power sources are finally cheaper than dirtier conventional power. We’ve invested in energy efficiency in every way imaginable. We’ve said no to infrastructure that would pull high carbon fossil fuels from the ground and we’ve said yes to the first-ever set of national standards limiting the amount of carbon pollution our power plants can release into the sky.
He boasted of all the economic killers he has put into the economy while pretending our economy is booming. Did you know we have a booming economy?
“The advances we’ve made helped drive our economic output to all-time highs and drive our carbon pollution to its lowest levels in nearly two decades.”
He’s a real piece of work.
