Climate Change Agenda (21): From the UN to Long Island

This map was compiled from documents at the United Nation’s Geneva Headquarters in 1994. It was produced and shown to The United States Senate as they prepared to vote on the Global Bio-Diversity Treaty. The Global Bio-Diversity treaty was ready to pass until Congress saw the map above. The treaty failed because it could not be brought to the floor for a vote. As you can see, half the country is reserved for wild lands and humans are forced into government-approved settlements.

Unfortunately, the program is still being implemented aggressively through ICLEI as Sustainable Development/Conservation Programs by state and local politicians, unelected bureaucrats and corporatists.

President Obama is also working to preserve as much of the country for wildlife as possible. A four-year plan to preserve more than a million acres of land has been released in a 120-page National Fish, Wildlife and Plants Climate Adaptation Strategy.

The government plans to acquire the land by eminent domain at the local, state and federal levels and with land trusts.  They are doing it for wildlife preservation and “they’re thinking about climate.” Washington Examiner

Under Obama, 4.5 million acres in 10 national wildlife refuges have already been set aside for the sake of climate change. They’ve purchased large tracts of land in Florida’s Everglades with our tax money. They are doing this in conjunction with extremist groups such as the Wildlands project.

Organizations like The Wildlands Project, now called the Wildlands Network, have “set aside the goal of preserving 50% of the North American continent as ‘wild land’ for the preservation of biological diversity,” according to their own stated goals on their website. It conforms to the UN plan mapped out above.

The Wildlands plan is to create larger public lands by acquiring private lands adjoining public lands. Check out their deep ecology goals on the link. Eco-terorists like the Sierra Club and Nature Conservancy have similar goals.

“Re-wilding” the land that they have set aside for nature requires moving humans into human settlements.

David Foreman, former board member of Sierra Club, is the current Director of the Rewilding Institute. He believes, as do many of his colleagues, that we must control human population growth. “We must stabilize and then reduce population to stop driving extinction of species, destruction of ecosystems, and production of greenhouse gases,” he said.

Foreman is the Founder of Earth First which he described as a warrior society in the 1980’s. It is believed he has engaged in assault and vandalism and has promoted violence.

How Foreman sees humans in relation to the rest of the world is clear: “An individual human life has no more intrinsic value than does an individual Grizzly Bear life. Human suffering resulting from drought and famine in Ethiopia is tragic, yes, but the destruction there of other creatures and habitat is even more tragic.”

That statement explains why they want to preserve at least half the United States for animals, insects and plants.

On Long Island, ICLEI is Vision Long Island.

Hubs are being built with small stack ’em and pack ’em apartment buildings all across Long Island. The residents are being told the hubs will be self-sustaining with trolleys and stores. No one will ever have to leave their complex. For some inexplicable reason, people are eating it up.

One of the many Vision Long Island resources is The Long Island Progressive Coalition, which has taken on the sustainable development issue. This socialist organization has published a manifesto linked below which calls for population control and the building of hubs. [YIMBY is a front group for the Long Island Progressive Coalition.]

The group hopes to convert the children to their way of green thinking through the educational system. In addition, they hope to adjust taxes so there are green progressive taxes used solely for progressive projects.

They are planning to halt building on the East End and preserve the land. Their goal is to get people out of their cars and onto buses and into hi-rises or two or three story walkable, self-sustaining communities. You will never have to leave the community. The land won’t be owned by you. It will be owned by the government.

The shaded black portions of the map, not visible above, are reserved for congested human settlements of 10,000 people.

Check out their manifesto on the link below and go to page 5 to see their views on population control which happens to match the goals of the wildlands project which matches the original UN Agenda 21.
