Barack Obama was “heartbroken” over the tragic death of Michael Brown in Ferguson this past week. If he had a son, he might look like Michael Brown. The only problem is that Michael Brown might not be an innocent college kid as originally portrayed.

The police officer who shot and killed Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri is a six-year veteran of the force with a clean record. His name is Darren Wilson, according to the Washington Post.

Documents released Friday also identify the teen, Michael Brown, as the primary suspect in a robbery at a convenience store a short time before the shooting. It is believed Brown was fleeing the scene of the robbery when he was stopped by Officer Wilson.

Chief Jackson said today that Officer Wilson was not aware of the robbery and stopped Brown because he and Johnson were walking down the street, blocking traffic. However, a caller to the Dana Loesch Show said she was a friend of Officer Wilson’s and she gave his version of the story. CLICK HERE FOR THE STORY.

The rioters and protesters are infuriated that the Chief released information about Brown.

Mike Tobin of Fox News released the photos of a man who looks exactly like Michael Brown – Big Mike – robbing the store. The robber was wearing the exact clothes Michael Brown wore when he was shot. The police incident report identified Michael Brown as the prime suspect.

The witness to the Brown shooting, Dorian Johnson, was also named in the report as a suspect in the robbery.

Watch:

Police Chief Thomas Jackson said that the officer was hit on the side of the face and the gun went off inside the patrol car when Brown grabbed for it. Witnesses say the officer gunned Brown down as he ran. Police say that is not the case. Those minutes when Brown landed outside the car are the ones that will define this case as a murder or something else.

We don’t know what happened and that’s the point. The vigilantes of Anonymous and in the White House need to let justice prevail legally.

Mr. Obama in his speech from Martha’s Vineyard about the Brown case was a replay of his famous Cambridge police acted stupidly line. “There’s no excuse for police to use excessive force against peaceful protests or to throw protesters in jail for lawfully exercising their First Amendment rights,” Obama said.

The protests were not “peaceful”. They were very violent though there were some who tried to protest peacefully.

Jim Pasco, the executive director of the Fraternal Order of Police, during an interview with The Hill, said:

“I would contend that discussing police tactics from Martha’s Vineyard is not helpful to ultimately calming the situation.”

“I think what he has to do as president and as a constitutional lawyer is remember that there is a process in the United States and the process is being followed, for good or for ill, by the police and by the county and by the city and by the prosecutors’ office.”

There are numerous photos going around the Internet that suggest Michael Brown was a member of the Bloods street gang but there is no available proof that is the case.

Some of the photos can be seen at The Gateway Pundit.

The following are pages of the police report about the robbery that were posted on Twitter.
