Illegal immigrant “families” poured across our border in July. Deputy Border Patrol Chief Ronald Vitiello has just begged a judge not to forbid detention of new migrant mothers and children.
Don’t think the government is suddenly on the side of protecting Americans. They only want to detain so-called “families” for a few days to have medical professionals look at them.
A recent ruling will make it almost impossible to deport anyone who claims to be a family member, even if they are criminals. U.S. District Judge Dolly M. Gee gave the government three months from July 24th to appeal her order to release all illegal immigrant children and their parents.

Border Agents have said that traffickers are pretending they are transporting families to ease their travels across the border. We also know that some of these “children” are gang members. Border Patrol said in June 2014, that gangbangers are not being stopped.
Whole towns have emptied out and are on their way up here. They are riding atop trains as you read this.
We have been shipping the “families” to other states, putting them on welfare and giving them liberal lawyers so they don’t get deported. With Judge Gee’s order, we won’t need the lawyers, they will simply be released.
These policies are a clear invitation to anyone and everyone to come over if they come as a family. We do have open borders and this is unsustainable.
You know it’s bad when a Deputy Border Patrol Chief is begging the judge to slow it down.
“This would greatly impact our operational capacity and our ability to secure the borders while facilitating lawful trade and travel,” the deputy chief said in an affidavit filed with the court.
Judge Gee’s order came as part of an extension of a protective order for unaccompanied children to families – in other words – everyone. The government noted that they have met the necessary conditions.
One of the groups present to plead for no deportations was Human Rights First (HRF) run by far-left activist Michael Posner. His organization is funded and supported by the Socialist/Communist Open Society Institute, HRF, and the ACLU, the IFC (International Freedom Center). They said they found conditions had worsened in deportation centers, with ICE officers setting bonds too high for families to be able to meet.
Human Rights Watch made the same assertion in court. Coincidentally, George Soros gave them $100 million in 2010.
These are the organizations determining who stays in our country. It’s not the American people.
The leftists who keep taking these cases to court do not have the best interests of the Republic at heart.
The government told Judge Gee, who is now in charge of deportations apparently, that they just want to detain them for a few days to do health screenings. They agreed that they can’t use detention as a deterrent any longer.
A few well-placed elite are making all the country’s decisions.
