Emanuel Lutchman

A homegrown ISIS terrorist radicalized in prison planned to use knives and a machete to massacre people in a local Rochester bar New Year’s Eve to prove his worth to ISIS. His plan was foiled but New Year’s Eve was cancelled.

He also talked about sneaking a bomb in or kidnapping a couple and killing them. He was interested in using knives and a bomb, NOT GUNS.

There needs to be an investigation of these radical preachers who go into prisons and rile up the criminals.

“I will take a life,” 25-year-old Emanuel Lutchman allegedly said on Tuesday about his apparent plot to attack patrons at Merchants Grill, 881 Merchants Road. “I don’t have a problem with that.”

The FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force on Wednesday arrested Lutchman, charging him with offering “material support” to terrorists.

Earlier in December, a Rochester pizza shop owner, Mufid Elfgeeh, pleaded guilty to trying to recruit two men for the Islamic State, also known as ISIS or ISIL.

They also need to investigate the mosque these two attended.

Lutchman was previously arrested for domestic violence.

Lutchman “is a self-professed Muslim convert with a criminal history dating back to approximately 2006 … as well as previous state mental hygiene arrests,” FBI Special Agent Timothy Klapec wrote in a Dec. 30 affidavit.

The FBI arrested Lutchman on Wednesday and seized a video in which he swore allegiance to al-Baghdadi and claimed responsibility for the planned attack, authorities said.

Because these radical Islamists exploit the mentally ill, people will sluff this off as a mental problem. His defense will either be he was set up or he’s just mentally ill and needs help but this man planned to massacre innocents for al-Baghdadi and we shouldn’t give a hoot about his mental problems or that the FBI caught him thanks to informers allegedly.
