Very liberal, moonbatish Newsweek actually posted an article by economist Niall Ferguson titled, ‘Hit the Road Barack.’ It is unflattering to say the least. It is also accurate.
I don’t think Newsweek has suddenly found religion but there is a hint of dissatisfaction with Mr. Obama in the fact that they posted it.
Here is a representative excerpt from the article:
In his inaugural address, Obama promised “not only to create new jobs, but to lay a new foundation for growth.” He promised to “build the roads and bridges, the electric grids, and digital lines that feed our commerce and bind us together.” He promised to “restore science to its rightful place and wield technology’s wonders to raise health care’s quality and lower its cost.” And he promised to “transform our schools and colleges and universities to meet the demands of a new age.” Unfortunately the president’s scorecard on every single one of those bold pledges is pitiful.
Ferguson concludes the article saying that while Romney is not his ideal Presidential pick, he was the best of the potential nominees and his selection of Paul Ryan as his running mate shows that he, unlike Obama, is “a courageous leader who will not duck the challenges America faces”
I’m confused though. How is Obama going to go? How will we get a new president? I’m all ears. Obama’s not running again, is he?
It will be a long 3 1/2 years unless we can impeach him.
Mr. Obama has come a long way since Newsweek’s first gay president cover or their Obama’s America cover or their many, many other idol-worshipping covers in honor of his greatness.
Google ‘Newsweek covers’ and ‘Obama’ to see what I mean.
