Loretta Lynch, President Obama’s choice for Attorney General of the United States, supported partial birth abortion by signing onto a Planned Parenthood brief to make it legal. She said she focused ‘on the issue of the facial aspect of the law and how it might impact law enforcement’s discretion and independence’. That’s meaningless gibberish meant to deflect.
She wants it to look like she doesn’t support what should be seen by everyone as infanticide but rather she was simply supporting law enforcement.
In the United States, as of late 2008 the procedure was illegal. It is being done under a loophole.
She is yet another AG who won’t follow the law no doubt.
Lynch sees everything as relative and open to discussion. The law and morals don’t enter into it if she decides to get into the weeds to excuse what are clearly wrong-headed opinions.
Partial birth abortion, medically known as intact dilation and extraction (IDX), according to the Medical Dictionary online, is a method of late-term abortion that ends a pregnancy and results in the death and intact removal of a fetus from the uterus.
It takes place in the mid to end of the second trimester (photo below of a second trimester baby or fetus).
The way it is done is they first dilute the uterus over the course of a few days. They then manipulate the fully-developed baby or fetus to a breech position. They pull the baby out except for its head. They then go in and suction out some the baby’s brains to collapse the head. The baby dies and is pulled out.
The exact definition:
DX first involves administration of medications to cause the cervix to dilate. Dilation usually occurs over the course of several days. Next, the physician rotates the fetus to a footling breech position. The body of the fetus is then drawn out of the uterus feet first, until only the head remains inside the uterus. The physician then uses an instrument to puncture the base of the skull, which collapses the fetal head. Typically, the contents of the fetal head are then partially suctioned out, which results in the death of the fetus and reduces the size of the fetal head enough to allow it to pass through the cervix. The dead but otherwise intact fetus is then removed from the woman’s body.

This is the inhumane practice this woman and so many others think is okay.
In the video, Lindsey Graham said he hopes a Republican taking the opposite stance wouldn’t be disqualified from serving. If this doesn’t disqualify her in his mind, shouldn’t we have a problem with him?
