NAACP Wants U.N. Human Rights Council to Investigate US Voter Laws

The N.A.A.C.P. currently has a case before the U.N. Human Rights Council to investigate U.S. voter ID laws. The Human Rights Council was planning to appoint Qaddafi to the council until his recent demise if you are wondering how relevant they are. Members include countries like Iran and Cuba.

This week the N.A.A.C.P. went before the U.N. and discussed their case to allow felons to vote. Many states do allow felons to vote – it is a states rights issue.

This first came up in December. Information can be found at NAACP taking illegal votes to UN.

Their claim, “Defending Democracy: Confronting Modern Barriers to Voting Rights in America, details a plethora of what they claim are voter suppression initiatives, including voter ID laws and the rights of felons to vote. Felons are an issue because of what they say are the large number of African-Americans who are felons. They are also opposed to ACORN practices being questioned.

They praised Eric Holder’s attempts to block voter ID laws. I guess it is too difficult for them to get a photo ID. Surely, they are insulting themselves beyond belief and have little self-pride to even make such a claim.

The N.A.A.C.P. is proving themselves to be irrelevant with this publicity stunt. They are also traitorous to bring this case to the U.N. as a human rights violation. They are a disgrace.

More on this:

If they are so worried about voter suppression, they should look at what Obama for America is pulling:
