According to Pew Hispanic Research, Hispanics living in the United States include 15% of the population of Honduras, one-third of the the El Salvadorian population, 15% of Guatemala, and so on. That doesn’t take into account the illegals from Mexico, other countries in Central and South America, and countries throughout the world, including illegals from terrorist nations.
Thousands arrive in the United States illegally every week, sometimes in a day. In the midst of all this, Barack Obama plans to legalize millions. Sen. Sessions warns that we are about to lose our Republic.

Sen. Jeff Sessions warned Congress Monday that Barack Obama plans to legalize millions of illegal alien adults through executive power and it could destroy the United States as we know it.
“I write to inform you of a development that threatens the foundation of our constitutional Republic,” Sessions wrote in a letter that was hand-delivered to all 535 members of Congress on Monday. The letter was provided exclusively to Breitbart News.
We are watching the destruction of the United States.
Obama’s policies on illegal immigration certainly encourage endless illegal immigration. Republicans can expect to never again win a presidential election.
We are becoming a well-developed welfare state with one political party. In a one party system, the government holds all power over the people. Individual liberty will be subjugated to the tyranny of the government and any preferred random groups who hold sway.
Sessions reminded Congress of Major Garrett’s article in the National Journal on July 3rd in which he said that Barack Obama plans to legalize 5 to 6 million illegals using executive power.
Obama met June 30th with open borders and other far-left pro-illegal immigration groups: the Service Employees International Union (SEIU); AFL-CIO; Center for American Progress; Leadership Council on Civil Rights; America’s Voice; the National Immigration Law Center; United Farm Workers; Center for Community Change; and others. The National Council of LaRaza didn’t attend, supposedly not invited.
The groups encouraged him to move ahead with the legalization of people currently here illegally.
When Boehner advised the president that there would be no immigration reform this year, Obama said he responded this way: “Sorry about that. I’m going to keep my promise and move forward with executive action soon.”
While there is a crushing invasion on our southern border, Obama said, to quote Garrett, that “he was going to condemn House Republicans for inaction and set the most expansive legal course permissible to beef up border security, slow deportations of noncriminal aliens, and provide legal status to millions of undocumented workers—all by himself.”
To say this is a constitutional crisis would be putting it mildly.
He [Obama] gave quiet credence to recommendations from La Raza and other immigration groups that between 5 million to 6 million adult illegal immigrants could be spared deportation under a similar form of deferred adjudication he ordered for the so-called Dreamers in June 2012.
Obama has now ordered the Homeland Security and Justice departments to find executive authorities that could enlarge that non-prosecutorial umbrella by a factor of 10. Senior officials also tell me Obama wants to see what he can do with executive power to provide temporary legal status to undocumented adults. And he will shift Immigration Control and Enforcement resources from the interior to the border to reduce deportations of those already here and to beef up defenses along the border.
When asked about such a move in the shadow of a mid-term election, the ineloquent and elated Frank Sharry, executive director of America’s Voice, said: “He [Obama] didn’t seem to give a shit. It was clear he was going on offense and going to run to the question.”
Unless Congress acts proactively, Obama will legalize millions and the future of the United States will no longer be that of a Republic but of some form of socialist democracy.
Obama is pretending he will control the border but he won’t, just as he hasn’t for the last six years. The Democrats are trying to sell us snake oil.
Meanwhile the supplemental bill, scaled back from the $3.7 billion, is making its way through the House along with an amendment to give the president power to deport children, a power he does not want.
It is possible he won’t act before the election because it will negatively impact the elections, but he might very well act because he sees the long-term objective within reach.
Obama was described by Garrett as “pissed, unplugged, his temper…turned up to boil.” What is he angry about? Who is he to demand Congress and SCOTUS do all that he demands? Who are these leftist groups to demand that people here illegally be legalized and entitled?
Obama is transporting illegal immigrants throughout the country, many are going into suburbs – Republican areas – without telling the Governors. He is saddling the states with the expense. Supposedly this is legal because the law is nebulous.
This truly is a constitutional crisis.
