President Obama’s False Benghazi Narrative Exposed by Libyan President

President Obama continues to spin his story that the attack on the Benghazi Embassy was spontaneous and the result of an inane movie trailer, Libyan President Mohammed el-Megarif is saying the attack was planned well beforehand.

Susan Rice, the UN Ambassador, was out on the news shows today furthering the Obama narrative, saying:

“There’s no question that as we’ve seen in the past with things like [Salman Rushdie's] Satanic Verses, with the [Danish] cartoons of the Prophet Mohammed, there have been such things that have sparked outrage and anger, and this has been the proximate cause of what we’ve seen,” Rice said on Fox News Sunday. “We are of the view that this is not an expression of hostility in the broader sense toward the United States or U.S. policy. It’s proximately a reaction to this video.”

While President Obama is compounding the mistruths with straw men, Libyan President Mugarif is out telling the truth:

“The idea that this criminal and cowardly act was a spontaneous protest that just spun out of control is completely unfounded and preposterous,” he says. “We firmly believe that this was a precalculated, preplanned attack that was carried out specifically to attack the U.S. Consulate.”

President Mugarif said he believes al Qaeda is behind the attacks.

President Mugarif expressed deep sorrow over the events which puts him far ahead of our president who went right back on the campaign trail.

President Megarif said:

“Our friend and friend of all Libyans and all residents of Benghazi and we feel very, very, very,” deep sadness, he says.

…Megarif says that over the past few months, foreigners took advantage of the security vacuum and flowed into the country from Mali and Algeria. I ask if this attack was over an anti-Muslim film that sparked violent protests across the Muslim world. He shakes his head.

“The idea that this criminal and cowardly act was a spontaneous protest that just spun out of control is completely unfounded and preposterous,” he says. “We firmly believe that this was a precalculated, preplanned attack that was carried out specifically to attack the U.S. Consulate.”

The attackers used the protesters outside the consulate as a cover, he says.

“The intention was there from the beginning, for it to take this ugly barbaric, criminal form,” he says…

Some extremists do react violently to any mention of Mohammed, no question, but in this case, it is a propaganda tool being used by our government and the terrorists, and it is not the truth.
