Shocking Revelations About the Climate Treaty Aren’t Simply Alarming

You need to know who Rachel Kyte is because she is leading the financing of the global climate change initiative and she is an avowed leftist who spoke honestly recently at a Soros-Podesta funded conference at the New Republic, an extremely far-left online publication.

She is planning for global governance by the U.N. members, governance which will be funded with hundreds of billions of dollars from the U.S. with side agreements to keep the money flowing in perpetuity, and finally, this new global government will manage the world’s economy and land use.

Maybe Bob Corker would like to write a bill to facilitate it as he did with the Iran deal.

Rachel Kyte is World Bank Group Vice President and Special Envoy for Climate Change. Ms. Kyte is the leading figure for the World Bank Group in efforts to campaign for an ambitious agreement at the 21st Convention of the Parties of the UNFCC this December and she wants U.S. dollars to fund most of it.

Politico announced Saturday that Barack Obama will proceed on climate change aggressively.

In December, he will attend the Paris summit on climate change and he has made it clear that he has every intention of unilaterally signing a treaty, which he will call an agreement, and which will force a massive redistribution from Americans and American corporations to developing countries whose leaders are communist, socialist and otherwise dictatorial leaders.

climate justice

The movement behind this uses terms like climate justice and climate insecurity in an effort to persuade. What it translates into is the U.S. has allegedly damaged developing countries and stolen the resources and wealth of the world and now must pay it back.

This is pure Marxism.

climate tax now

A USA Today article on Saturday titled, Poor nations want U.S. to pay for reparations for extreme weather, indicates that the world’s statists have decided the climate science is settled; the U.S. is responsible for the carbon destruction and the consequent climate change; therefore the U.S. must pay others suffering for America’s theft and greed.

The United States, the last bastion of real freedom in the world, a nation that has generously helped others, is being painted successfully as the villain by a corrupt theater of totalitarian actors who want our wealth and resources which we worked so hard to acquire. Our president is part of the scheme.

developing

From the article:

Talks leading up to the United Nations Conference on Climate Change to be held in Paris in December has representatives from developing nations asking for more than an already agreed upon $100 billion per year for climate change mitigation measures. They want additional compensation for weather-related disasters as well as a “displacement coordination facility” for refugees. And they want all this to be legally binding as part of the larger anticipated Paris accord.

The U.S. and wealthier EU countries, though most of it will fall upon the U.S., are being told they are responsible for cyclones in the South Pacific, earthquakes in Nepal, and anything else they can think of.

The Paris conference includes a separate agreement for reparations.

The U.S. will do it. This isn’t just nonsensical talk. All the U.S. is talking about is “compromising.”

Environmental groups are lobbying for punitive reparations in the private sector as well which will do untold damage to our corporations and our Capitalist economic system.

The so-called victims are being called climate refugees.

The article states: The $100 billion-a-year-commitment by 2020 seems like a lot of money, but increasingly it isn’t looking like enough funding. With extreme weather events on the rise, so too will be the costs of cleanup and the tolls on people’s lives.

They expect to endlessly funnel our money from us to them and people of their choosing.

The ultimate financial goal is one trillion dollars but it is starting at $100 billion.

The EU says the climate change debate is settled and the only conversation is how much money they can squeeze from the U.S. to build a low carbon economy – eventually a zero carbon economy. Climate justice is claiming minorities are marginalized by the “richer” nations, namely the U.S. The U.S. is responsible for climate change according to these leftists.

We need a zero-carbon economy by the end of the century which the global government will manage.

It’s about global governance and a ‘managed’ economy. It’s way beyond Socialism, it’s Communism folks.

“We need a zero carbon economy,” said Rachel Kyte. “Two degrees” is where they will settle for now but the long term goal has to be zero. There will be a five-year review of the decisions (INDCs or Initial National Determined Contributions – the national financial commitments). The conversation will have to end up being “how do we manage the economy to go in the direction we want it to go.” She added, “I think we are entering a whole new world of global governance we’re only beginning to get our arms around in terms of what this really means in how we manage an economy.”

They are not only going to manage the world’s economy – including ours – they are going to manage all the land. It’s Agenda 21 on steroids. Listen to Ms. Kyte for yourself.

Can you imagine what comes after this?

  1. If our congressional leaders had the courage of a church mouse.. The Senate would pass a resolution in advance, telling the President that the treaty will not be ratified, if he should sign it.

The House would give the Senate resolution some teeth by passing a resolution warning that trying to enact any provision of the Treaty, by executive order or regulation would place the head of the issuing department in jeopardy of Impeachment since the regulation would be without legal or Constitutional authority.

I can think of a couple other steps Congress could take, but I know there’s no more than 30 reps and 6 senators with enough guts to go that far..
